Make sure you're on chatgpt.com, claude.ai, or gemini.google.com — those are the supported sites. If it's still missing, refresh the tab. These sites update their pages often; if a refresh doesn't fix it, email us (below) and we'll ship a fix.
Check your internet connection and try again. If the error mentions a daily limit, you've hit the fair-use cap — it resets within 24 hours.
Click the bubble, open the dropdown, and choose "＋ New style…". Give it a name and describe your preferences in plain English (e.g. "Emails should be short, warm but direct, and end with one clear ask"). Every improvement made with that style selected will follow your criteria.
It's processed in the moment to generate the improved version and never stored. Full details in the privacy policy.
Right-click the PromptClear icon in Chrome's toolbar → "Remove from Chrome", or go to chrome://extensions and click Remove. Your saved styles are deleted with it.
